1). Product or Factory Sourcing
A. Source only high quality factories, according to client's information
B. Obtain client-specified pricing information, within one week or less.
C. Select sample product for evaluation and confirmation
D. Negotiate pricing and terms of sale
2). Order Follow-up
A. Verify the purchase order(s).
B. Ensure all order details are in compliance with client requests: Features, materials, color, packaging, labels, printing, UPC, etc...
C. Pre-production sample verification.
D. Production supervision.
E. Ensure on-time delivery
3). Pre-Shipment Inspection
A. Random sampling inspection at final production line.
B. In event of failed inspection, coordinate corrections and schedule second inspection.
C. Ensure products meet both international quality inspection criteria and client-specified requirements.
D. Ensure adequate packaging and exact quantity of products per container.
E. Witness loading of containers and record sealing number of each container.
4). Post-shipment services
A. Contact shipping agent for original shipping documentation.
B. Advise ETD, ETA, B/L number, container number, etc... All shipping information within three days, once goods have been expedited.
